This notice explains, under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), which data is processed when you visit the website at wox.digital and woxdi.com.

Contact form
When you send the form, your name, email address and message are processed only to reply to you and to assess your request, on the legal grounds of steps prior to entering a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c) and legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f). They are emailed to the studio, are not used for marketing and are not shared with third parties. If no work follows, they are deleted within a reasonable time.
Cookies and analytics
To measure how the site is used (which pages are viewed, where visits come from, device and approximate location), Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are used. This data does not identify you as a person; advertising and personalisation signals are off. As Google provides these services, data may be transferred to servers abroad.
You can turn measurement off at any time; your choice is remembered by one entry in your browser (wox-consent) and the Analytics cookies are removed:
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing and claim compensation for damage. Send requests to hello@wox.digital; they are answered within 30 days at the latest.
